When he arrived, he found the vehicle overturned, partially on fire, and a driver trapped inside. He was the first to arrive on scene, Deputy Threatt didn't hesitate, he immediately jumped into action, risking his own safety to pull the driver from the burning vehicle. Additional first responders quickly arrived to extinguish the fire and provide medical care.
